Welcome

This will be a blog I use to keep track of my P90X results as well as my health and thoughts, ideas, trials and errors, experiments, failures, setbacks, and whatever-willing, my ultimate successes with better health and fitness. Please feel free to just browse, comment, give advice, or join with me in tracking your results no matter what program or methods you are using to better your well-being. The only requirement is criticism must be constructive on some level, and you must always be 'moving the ball down the field' to borrow a popular phrase from the political world these days.
