I don't know..perhaps you thought I'd give up...but despite losing a digital scale...I am still banging away at my physical self. I'm behind a stretching video and two 30 minute segments of yoga. But my core, and increasingly other parts of my physique, are really beginning to show.
I'm not sure of my weight currently, but I had topped the scales at 88+kg. before losing it...although I have slowed down and perhaps lost a bit since. Probably for the best; interestingly the extra weight was giving me a gut, but from the inside...my abs were blazing on the exterior of my stomach, but inside was stuffed full of shit.
So...fear not...I have not foresaken you...

Post-meal
85.4kg...I couldn't finish everything, left a piece and a half in the box, couldn't down the whole shake. Ughh...I'm full..but, as you can track the past few days, rising fast. And the results from the shoulders/arms workout today were pretty awesome..I can see my body shape changing...
Shoulders/Arms
Post-workout weight was 84.7kg..I'm going to try to eat a full pizza and giant protein shake and reweigh myself...ha, this is fun.
I also bought a New Year's treat, 4 dark stout beers (that's Korean stout, so..draw your own conclusions) but anyways..I tend to lose weight when I drink that stuff...hence I haven't had alcohol since I've started...once for the decade is fair I suppose...
Until post-meal...

Quick Weight Update...
Just for reference...I was 83.4kg before eating, had two peanut butter/honey sandwiches on 7 grain bread, 4 hard boiled eggs with some salt, and a full blender of protein shake with all that entails...afterwards I'm 84.5kg. That's a gain of 1.1kg or 2.42508lbs. Whew...
And there you have it...
All done. Whew...did great except for a few moves. To be specific: 5 fewer standard push-ups, 3 fewer military push-ups, 5 fewer wide-fly push-ups, 4 fewer decline push-ups, 4 fewer diamond push-ups, and one FUCKING 1/2 fewer dive bomber pushups...I could not push myself off the ground, grunting, straining, kicking, groaning, wincing..I could not... These work outs are no bullshit.
(In just this chest/back workout I did 328 moves during week 9 last time, either push-ups, pull-ups, or a few assorted resistance band moves. So coming up short a total of 21 1/2 moves tonight means I am currently 93.445% of where I was on day 50 last time. Or, for a more positive spin, last week I did 263.75 moves. So tonight I did 42.75 more moves than last week, an improvement of 16.209%!! That's a HUGE improvement in one week's time. (What would you do if your investments improved 16.209% in one week??) I will think about that...)
I tipped the scales at 83.4kg after all of that. A little light..but, I haven't eaten in almost 5 hours. So, dinner is a couple sandwiches, some hard boiled eggs, and a protein shake.
I will try to do at least half of yoga later tonight, and then have a big samgyeopsal dinner with brown rice and kimchi. That should help.

Halfway through Chest/Back
So far, so good...at the halfway mark I have matched every move from Week 9 last time. For the lay people among you, that means at day 8 I am already doing as much as day 50 last time through. I went pretty hard this first half...the second half is a repeat, just in a slightly different order...so we will see if my muscle endurance has also carried over....yeahhh..let's ...g...o....oooph...
Continuation...
OK..just stepped off the scales at 84kg. Not bad, that's 185lbs. for you non-metric losers. That's after work, which is when I'm usually at my lightest weight during the day besides immediately after waking up..so, a good base to start from with no night classes today. Time for chest/back...I usually try to add a rep or two over my last workout..but I'm eyeing my week 9 results from last time..can I already catch up to where I was...it'll be a stretch, you saw the photos, I was big, and feeling strong. We will see how much I have improved in one short week. Time to shut up and put up...some big numbers I hope...I'll post after with my first of two dinners tonight and the protein shake...yeahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh let's go!!!!!!!!!!!
