(yes..I dusted off an old John Ab-do reference for mom!!)
I just woke up and tossed in the ab DVD from yesterday...ugh...but wow! Really can't wait to see what they look like after a month of healthy eating and jogging 3-4 times in addition to the P90X program. Hard to tell now..but I think I might have already shaved off a body fat percent or two...the calipers are hard to get an EXACT reading with and my scale is the most infuriating POS I have ever owned. It might turn on 1/100 tries. @(*#&%(*&!!!
So..a quick oatmeal breakfast before taking Puppy down to the stream for a jog...and then the first half of the yoga DVD, all before heading to my first of 7 classes today...that's the plan at least...
