Finished up the workout. Noticed I'm losing some weight. To be expected...I was hungry last night, but didn't want to eat after 11pm..so, I haven't eaten much the past 36 hours. I'll blend a protein shake tonight and am heading to Costco in the early a.m. tomorrow before all the CRAZY koreans come walking through pushing carts the same as they drive. Looking forward to stocking up on healthy foods...bran, fiber, oats, grains, protein-rich, etc...
Any ideas? Healthy easy-to-make snacks? What are some of the foods you are eating to supplement your diets?
