Recovery 4 Results...wow, I really don't know what to do. Working out for only 38 minutes...it just does not seem right after nearly two years of hour-plus workouts. However, I will admit to enjoying it.
But in honor of mom's kick-off workout tomorrow, I will be diving head-first into 30-15...a solid set of 30 push-ups and 15 pulls-ups, over and over and over until I am dead on the floor...
Let's go Mom!
