I took Tuesday night off because I was rather stiff. I don't want to over due it and do anything to my back. Feeling better today so I will be doing my 30 minute workout tonight. The instructor indicates certain exercises will strengthen the back, but I was warned in my physical therapy to not twist much at the waist. Moving slow, but as I strengthen, I know I will feel better.
I go to counseling/hypnotheraphy on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday to stop smoking. Combined with the Slin in 6...I should be a new woman in no time.

sounds great..I can remember many nights where I could not imagine starting a workout...but I would recommend, if you are that stiff, try doing it but only go half-speed, or slower...but I know from experience, doing nothing becomes a habit before you even realize it...
