abs for the spare
...just cleaned up the abs from last Friday. I tried the new Plus Ab video for the first time. Four extra minutes, and quite a bit different way to work the abdominal muscles and core. It utilizes the chin-up bar for some hanging resistance, and the moves are mostly only 30 seconds a pop. Seems easier, however I can feel them awfully tight under the slab of fat I poured onto myself during my month off. Glad to have another alternative ab workout anyways...time for another workout, the new Kenpo Cardio Plus. See you in 41 minutes...
