Back and Belly...these one on one DVD's have the advantage of getting in a solid workout without requiring so much time. I got a lot of pull-ups, and a good number of sit-ups and my entire workout done for the day in 36 minutes...much better than the 90 I'm used to devoting to it.

So how are your workouts going so far?
