Look at me, got the invite and posted already! Whose proud?? I have been a good girl with my workouts already, we've had it for three days and I have done three days as well as walked around the neighborhood twice the three days as well! My legs don't think this is funny by the way, by the end of day two I swear I was bouncing down the stairs....it hurt so bad! But I feel a difference in my sides (which women HATE) Ella sticks with me every time too :) Even though yesterday the stinker decided during my ab section to blow up the woopie farty thing and while I was in my zone she stuck it under my head! I thought Tracker just busted his pants out! Smart little stinker I have on my hands....
Anyways I am off to get my boys up so we can go walk around Capital Lake before dad gets home from work and the boys tear out the bathroom floors :)

yes, you're bringing sexy back in record time AM (or that's how I'll always think of you...) glad to hear you're adding some supplementary work to your regular regimen, needed or not, it is certainly a benefit....and the wobbly legs and sore sides are a WONDERFUL sign of things to come...remember, 6 weeks..the first 2 are just pouring the foundation, the second two are adjusting, you shouldn't even expect to see great results until the 5th and 6th weeks...so anything now is just cherries....stick with it...
